HVTDC Appoints 2004 Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Technology Development Center, Inc. elected Officers and Board Members at their February 10th Annual Meeting. Elected officers each serving a one year term are:

Vice Chairman, Donna Cornell, CEO, Cornell Career Center
Treasurer, Matthew R. Kunkel, Mercury Public Affairs
Executive Director, Thomas G. Phillips, Sr.
Corporation Secretary, Phyllis Levine, HVTDC
Elected Directors each serving a three-year term are:
Joseph Petrosky, Director, New York Design Center Epson Research and Development Inc
John Prusmack, President, DHS Systems
Burt Schoenbach, Executive Director, Urban Economic Development Corporation
Dr. Doris Peter, Publisher and Vice President of The Medical Letter, Inc., was elected to serve a previously held term through 2006.
